HVAC Service Technicians
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Must hold EPA 608 certification and have strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with multiple equipment brands preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and residential equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Commercial HVAC Specialists
Service and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, VRF systems, chillers, and building automation controls. Experience with commercial refrigeration a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service complex commercial HVAC systems and controls
- Manage commercial maintenance contracts and schedules
- Troubleshoot building automation and control systems
- Lead installation projects for commercial HVAC equipment
Installation Specialists
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, equipment, and controls. Must understand load calculations and system design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems per engineered specifications
- Perform equipment changeouts and system upgrades
- Install and modify ductwork for optimal airflow
- Commission new systems and verify proper operation
Office & Dispatch
Support our field operations with scheduling, dispatch, customer service, and administrative functions. HVAC industry experience helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Handle inbound customer calls and service requests
- Support billing, invoicing, and account management
- Coordinate parts ordering and inventory management

- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
