Services

Harpeth Air provides commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Estimates, service agreements, and warranties are governed by separate written documents provided at the time of service.

Scheduling and Cancellation

When you schedule service, you agree to provide access to the property and any equipment requiring service at the agreed time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee. Emergency service calls are scheduled subject to technician availability and may carry after-hours rates.

Pricing, Estimates, and Payment

Diagnostic fees and service estimates are provided prior to work and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes in scope or unexpected equipment conditions may result in updated pricing, which will be communicated before additional work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing or account terms have been established in writing.

Warranties

Parts and equipment we install are covered by manufacturer warranties according to each manufacturer's terms. Our labor warranty is provided in writing at the time of service. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper operation, lack of maintenance, modifications, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harpeth Air is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
